Key Responsibilities:
  • Provides first level support on user concerns related to intranet, internet and application services
  • Network preventive maintenance of offices
Requirements:
  • Graduate of any four year computer course; with no failing grade 
  • At least one(1) year work experience as Network Support Assistant
  • Technical competence in Windows 2000, Linux, hub switches, networking
  • Knowledge in CISCO networks and familiar with hardwares
