• Interprets Physician's prescriptions.
• Receives of supplies close to expiration dates from Pharmacy Clerks for timely endorsement of lists together with the items to Pharmacy Stock Clerk for Return Merchandise Slip generation with prior approval.
• Attends promptly to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Oversees pharmacy clerks in drug dispensing.
• Trains/orients Pharmacy Clerks on prescription reading and laws governed every month.
• Visit other drugstore/pharmacy as scheduled and observes overall procedures for possible benchmarking.
