About The Outlet People, Inc. made its first mark in the retail industry in 2001 with a vision of developing Nike concept stores in the Philippines. In March 2001, TOP launched The Outlet Store, the first Nike factory outlet store in the Philippines.

TOP, Inc. also operates the flagship stores of female-specific Nike products known as Nike Women. In June 2003, TOP unveiled the first Nike Women store in Southeast Asia.

Eight successful years hence, TOP just keeps getting bigger and better operating two Nike Factory Outlet Stores, four Nike Women Stores, and a Nike-performance Store, Nike Forum.
